CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect the time of all clients and allow for proper scheduling, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. • Less than 24 hours notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged. • No-show appointments: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Future bookings: After one no-show appointment, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure future bookings. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to the late cancellation fee.
